This leadership position requires a strong ability to motivate and guide your team, drive sales growth, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless store operations during your shift. This includes:
* SUPPORTING AND GUIDING TEAM MEMBERS TO ACHIEVE THEIR BEST WORK
* HANDLING CUSTOMER INQUIRIES WITH EFFICIENCY AND FRIENDLINESS
* COLLABORATING EFFECTIVELY WITH THE STORE MANAGEMENT TEAM TO DRIVE RESULTS
You'll also be responsible for opening and closing the store, supervising shifts, providing constructive feedback to the team, assisting in training and onboarding new team members, and maintaining high product standards.
