About the role
We are looking for a Rural Sales Representative to join our Launceston Real Estate team. You will drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing. The role suits an individual with extensive knowledge of the Tasmanian agricultural sector and a desire to advance their property career or to enter the industry.
Responsibilities
* Identify potential sales opportunities and undertake appraisals.
* List, market and sell properties.
* Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs.
* Achieve targets for sales, listing and appraisals.
* Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements.
About You
* Knowledge of the Tasmanian agricultural sector.
* A proven sales record in a related industry.
* A Property Representative Licence or the ability to obtain one.
* A passion for interacting with people.
* Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
* Excellent time‐management skills with the ability to work flexible hours.
* Proven business development and marketing skills.
* A current driver's licence and a road‐worthy vehicle.
