Role Description
This is a casual on-site role located in Mandurah. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional support to veterinary professionals in both Australian and New Zealand clinics. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer queries, handling orders, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will play a critical role in enhancing the overall customer experience by ensuring a high level of service and communication.

* Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
* Ability to effectively enhance Customer Experience and build lasting relationships
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in problem-solving and maintaining a customer-focused approach
* Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus
* Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software is desirable
* A positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

Main Responsibilities
* Receiving, processing and dispatching product orders from both customers and suppliers
* Checking stock to determine inventory levels and inventory management assistance
* Coordinating and carrying out office administration including occasional telephone reception, courier coordinating, email filing
* Processing Customer orders, generating and processing incoming orders from our suppliers' offices
* Maintaining and developing proactive customer communication and databases
* Assisting with event preparation (workshops and trade shows)
* Assisting with office cleaning
* Other administrative tasks as directed
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
* Year 12 minimum (preferred)
* Further educational qualifications / training highly regarded
Experience:
* Administrative experience role regarded
* Experience or interest in a veterinary or medical business highly regarded
Skills:
* Intermediate to advanced computer literacy and a willingness to learn (we utilise Neto e-commerce software, Google office, Gmail, Excel, etc)
* Motivated, dependable, strong interpersonal skills including excellent communication
* Organised and able to meet deadlines, able to prioritise and multitask
* Proactive
