 
        
        A Global Lithium company are seeking a Office Administrator to join their team!
As the Receptionist / Administrator, your role will be but not limited too:
- Greets clients, visitors and company personnel 
- Ensure office is clean and tidy, general office maintenance ie: coffee, milk and fruit is all maintained. 
- Collecting mail from building mail boxes and the post office. 
- Collection and distribution of mail/ deliveries and orders 
- Organise catering for events and meetings as required. 
- Domestic and international travel and accommodation for staff when required. 
- Ordering and maintaining office stationary stock levels. 
- Liaising with approved vendors General maintenance and office repairs
To be successful as the Receptionist/ Administrator you will demonstrate:
- Confident and strong interpersonal skills 
- Versatile problem solver 
- Able to work independently but also within in a team. 
- Be willing to learn. 
- Previous Administration experience is required.
