Our client is an award-winning, family owned home builder working on projects that stand the test of time. Through their decades of experience, they are now one of the most successful and well-respected builders throughout Queensland. They are currently on the look out for a Construction Customer Service Admin to join their growing team.
As their business grows they are looking for an allround super star who can manage pre and post construction duties. Someone who can grow with the business and strive for success.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is for someone who is hard working and has an all-round great attitude to getting the job done, as this role is a pivotal part within the business. For success within the role you will need to have great time management, organisational and customer service skills. You will be joining an industry professional, dedicated and honest administration and construction team with that family feel.
DUTIES
* Effectively manage client expectations, ensuring they are aware on the status of their home during the pre-construction phase.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationships.
* Ensuring all building approvals are completed and lodged
* Maintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project details.
* Ensure all conditions in the Building Contract are met
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Minimum 2 years' experience working within the new build industry
* Excellent customer service and communication, both written and verbal
* A goal driven and positive attitude
* Intermediate - advanced Microsoft Office and Companion skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
