About the Role
You will oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure smooth and safe park management in your absence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations and respond to after-hours callouts
* Support guest check-ins, reservations, and account handling
* Lead and mentor staff across departments
* Maintain high standards of park presentation, safety, and compliance
* Contribute to local marketing and guest engagement initiatives
Requirements:
* Leadership experience in hospitality, accommodation, or tourism
* Strong team mentoring and operational coordination skills
* Familiarity with budget oversight and reporting
* Experience with RMS or similar reservations systems (ideal)
* Great interpersonal skills and a guest-first approach
* Flexibility for weekend and after-hours shifts
* A valid driver's licence
