As part of the NSW of Territory Managers, you'll come in to manage existing relationships and expand upon their market share in the South Coast/ACT region. Working in collaboration with their high performing sales team, you'll target referral partners, explaining the service provided and how that can positively influence their customer experience.
In this role you'll be autonomous in your day to day, organising your own sales cycle and appointment times. Training and development pathways are extensive, and your reporting manager is a result of a step up from this position.
**The Role**:
- Manage existing relationships within the region
- Target new relationships with viable referral partners
- Maintain the Salesforce CRM to ensure all customer interactions are up to date
- Contribute to team practices and be integral to ongoing process and policy improvement
- Working with the wider sales team, report on market trends and strategise on measures to counter or capitalise upon those
**About You**:
- Proven experience within a B2B sales environment
- Self starter attitude - highly motivated to manage your territory like it's your own business
- Understanding of sales methodologies
- Educational, consultative approach to selling
- Team oriented and willing to contribute to the wider success of the Victorian team
