The Learning Chapter Area is responsible for providing learning and development expertise across the full 'end to end' learning process/cycle. This includes partnering, consulting, designing, developing, implementing, and managing learning initiatives/products that enable our people to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles and ultimately achieving our goal of +30 NPS.
By fostering a culture of learning, the Learning chapter contributes to employee engagement, talent retention, and overall business success, ultimately ensuring that CBA remains competitive and agile in a rapidly changing world.

Learning Partnering The purpose of the work performed by Learning Partner/Consultants is to strategically align learning and development initiatives with the organisation's goals, identify and address needs, and provide expertise to ensure effective learning solutions to achieve business and customer impacts.
Learning Experience and Design The purpose of the work performed by Learning Experience/Design professionals is to curate, develop/create engaging and effective learning materials and environments, ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience for participants.
