Commitment: 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health & Safety Representative to support on a short‐term basis. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working on infrastructure projects and can step in quickly to provide on‐site H&S support.
About the Role In this position, you'll be responsible for day‐to‐day Health & Safety activities on site, including monitoring compliance, supporting safe work practices, and engaging with crews to maintain a strong safety culture. You'll work closely with site teams to identify risks, implement controls, and help ensure a safe working environment.
What We're Looking For To be successful, you will have:
* At least 2 years' experience as a Health & Safety Representative on infrastructure project sites
* Strong working knowledge of safety practices, hazard identification, and incident reporting
* The ability to build positive on-site relationships and communicate clearly
* Reliability and the ability to work independently within a part‐time schedule (4 hrs/day)

Casual Loading Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
