Overview
Flo's Creperie Mooloolaba, a popular French cafe/restaurant at the Wharf Mooloolaba, is looking for a full-time or casual Barista to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and friendly environment, serving high-quality coffee and delicious crepes to our loyal customers.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving a variety of speciality coffee drinks to the highest standards
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring each customer has a positive experience
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including operating and cleaning coffee equipment
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Barista in a café or similar environment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Good time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A passion for coffee and a desire to continuously learn and improve your skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
