We're seeking aProcurement Managerto lead procurement across our Australian Services Division. Reporting to the Head of the Australian Services Division, this is a senior role with real influence and a genuinely hands-on remit.
The role
This role combines strategic leadership with practical execution. While you'll set direction and lead supplier strategy, you'll also work closely with a small team and the broader business; getting into the detail, solving problems, and driving outcomes.
It's ideal for someone who enjoys shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
What you'll do
* Develop and deliver the procurement strategy for the Services Division, aligned to regional and global frameworks.
* Actively drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements.
* Build and manage key supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
* Lead supplier selection, assessment, and performance management.
* Draft and manage framework agreements and oversee contract governance.
* Support procurement governance, digital tools, e-procurement, supplier development, risk, and ESG initiatives
* Standardise procurement processes across Australian service centres.
* Partner closely with operational leaders and act as a trusted procurement advisor.
About you
You're a commercially minded procurement leader who is comfortable working in a hands-on environment:

* Strong procurement and sourcing experience, with the ability to operate strategically and tactically
* Confidence leading negotiations and making commercial decisions
* A practical, solutions-focused mindset
* Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a matrix organisation
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Qualifications & experience
* Degree in supply chain management, economics, finance, engineering, or a related discipline
* Minimum 5 years' experience in national procurement, senior supply management, or operations
* Proven track record delivering cost savings, value creation, and supplier performance improvements
* Experience with ERP systems and modern procurement tools
