Key Responsibilities
* Manage Commonwealth procurement and contract processes in line with CPRs, including drafting documentation, managing evaluations, and ensuring legislative compliance
* Prepare and manage contracts, variations, and grant documentation, including Grant Opportunity Guidelines
* Contribute to the delivery and enhancement of key digital tools such as national mental health service navigation website and Initial Assessment and Referral Decision Support Tool (IAR-DST)
* Liaise with stakeholders across PHNs, sector partners, service providers, and lived experience groups to ensure practical implementation and co-design
* Draft high-quality correspondence, briefings, contracts, and guidance material
* Conduct user acceptance testing for website and tool updates
* Monitor usage and uptake data to inform improvements
* Support rollout of tool adaptations and work with PHNs to embed them in service delivery
What You'll Bring
* Experience in procurement and contract management in a government context
* Strong policy development and stakeholder engagement skills
* Excellent communication, writing, and briefing skills
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
* Familiarity with digital or mental health policy is highly desirable
