Responsibilities
* Ensuring the efficient operation of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
* Training and leading team members to ensure they deliver high-quality food and service.
* Managing finances, including tracking income and expenses, creating budgets, and preparing reports.
* Ensuring the store's cleanliness and hygiene, and adhering to health and safety standards.
* Collaborating with senior management to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Requirements
* Relevant experience in restaurant management, with preference given to experience in fast food or quick-service industries.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
* Enjoyment of delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine.
