HomeRepair is a wholly owned subsidiary of Suncorp Group Ltd (Suncorp), a major general insurer in Australia and New Zealand. Our primary business is to provide residential repair and Make Safe services in Australia for insurance claims made by Suncorp's home insurance customers.
About the role
As part of an ambitious national growth journey, we are seeking a Change Manager to support the transformation of a multi-year, enterprise wide program. This role will shape and deliver change strategies that enable us to expand into new regions across Australia, scaling an already successful business while increasing scope, capability, and customer impact. The Change Manager will drive behavioural adoption, minimise disruption, and accelerate benefits realisation, ensuring that people, process, and technology changes are embedded for long term success.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement change management strategies and frameworks tailored to a multi-year, organisation wide program
* Develop and execute change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness activities
* Integrate change management plans with program delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and dependencies
* Design and deliver targeted communication campaigns to create awareness and alignment across the business
* Develop training and enablement strategies to build workforce capability for new systems and processes
* Track, measure, and report on change adoption and benefits realisation to the Steering Committee and Senior Leadership Team
Skills & experience
* Proven success leading change on large scale transformation programs within complex stakeholder environments
* Strong background in communication, engagement, and behavioural change design
* Ability to translate complex change requirements into clear, actionable plans
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field is desirable
* Formal change management accreditation (e.g., Prosci, CMI, ACMP) highly desirable
