Regional Sales Manager – OPSM Adelaide North, SA

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, commercially driven and engaging Regional Sales Manager to join our Leadership team. Based in Adelaide, you will be responsible for 16+ stores throughout the Northern metro area, including several regional locations.
No optical experience is required – we provide world‐class training to ensure you feel supported and confident in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire and engage high‐performing teams that are geographically dispersed.
* Coordinate cross‐departmental thought and change leadership, ensuring strategic, customer and operational priorities are aligned and executed within your retail business.
* Ensure daily operations – customer experience, team member experience, store presentation and sales – meet brand expectations.
* Manage P&L and meet business metrics.
* Maintain clear and effective communications between Support Centre and stores.
* Use feedback to influence priorities and drive change that enhances the customer experience and supports the team.
* Recruit, source and develop your team so they become leaders in their own right.
* Act as a culture ambassador, sharing your passion for retail, customer experience and shared wins with your team.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent sales and profit results in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to quickly assess opportunities for sales improvement and growth across functions such as marketing, VM, people and sales KPIs.
* Strong experience in customer service; luxury & apparel experience highly valued.
* Experience leading and developing sales teams.
* Previous experience as a Regional Manager within retail, managing stores from afar or in regional locations.
* Authentic coaching skills – motivates, guides, inspires and challenges team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
