We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.

* A trade certificate or Cert IV in maintenance/building services is required, along with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure home environment for residents, including executing preventative maintenance programs and performing reactive repairs as needed.
To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience with building maintenance, a strong understanding of workplace health and safety legislation, and excellent IT skills.
