About the Role
* Assist customers with personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance.
* Provide social support and transportation for customers to engage in social activities, shop for groceries, and attend medical appointments.
* Offer domestic assistance including light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
* Support customers in the use of aids and personal equipment.
* Work with customers who have complex and challenging needs.
Requirements
* Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
* Possess a valid Criminal Record Check.
* Hold a Current First Aid certificate/CPR.
* Have a reliable Australian Drivers License.
* Be in possession of a registered and insured vehicle.
* Own a smartphone with internet access.
* Hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services.
