Nurse Unit Manager Job Description
As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will be accountable for leading and managing a team of nurses to provide high-quality patient-centered care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and efficient human and material resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Relevant postgraduate diploma or master's degree is an expectation
