We are looking for a Performance Marketing Account Manager to join us as a key leader, bridging the gap between our clients and our talented team of executors.
The Role This is not an execution-heavy role. While you need deep technical knowledge, your day-to-day is about client management, strategy, and leadership.
You will act as the \"translator\" and primary channel of communication. You will take client requests, interpret performance data, and use a project management framework to brief our large team of execution specialists. You will lead from the front, ensuring our clients feel heard and our internal team feels supported.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Client Leadership: Serve as the main point of contact for a set of clients, managing expectations, delivering reports, and providing strategic direction on their accounts.
Project Management: Translate client goals into actionable briefs (both long and short form) for the execution team.
Strategy & Reporting: Read and generate reports to uncover opportunities. You need to look at the data and tell the client the \"story\" of what is happening and what we need to do next.
Team Support: Work closely with our executors. Your leadership style should be supportive and non-authoritarian—we win as a team.
Who You Are We are assessing candidates based on three specific pillars:
1. Technical Fluency (50%) You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEM and SEO.
Whether your background is executional or account management, you must understand the mechanics of performance media.
You can spot a tracking error, understand bid strategies, and talk \"algorithm\" with the experts, even if you aren't the one clicking the buttons every day.
Bonus: Experience working with clients in the Trade Services industry.
