High-Level Technical Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our Information Technology team. This role requires a deep understanding of application support and development within an ITIL framework.
* Provide expert-level support and maintenance for critical business applications, ensuring optimal system performance and adherence to ITSM processes.
* Lead and develop the Application Support team through mentoring, performance coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture.
* Manage incidents, service requests, application updates, and changes through ServiceNow to maintain service continuity and minimise downtime.
* Identify and implement process improvements to drive application efficiency, enhance user experience, and support cost-saving initiatives.
* Drive quality standards and compliance by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and proactively managing risk and performance metrics.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline.
* Proven extensive experience in application support or development within an ITIL framework.
* Solid working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including MS SQL and Power Platform.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and provide level 2/3 support.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ITIL certification viewed favourably.
