Your Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of your venue, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong financial results, and a highly engaged team culture. You will lead from the front, setting the tone for professionalism, energy, and guest focus every day.
Where you'll make an impact
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless, premium service
• Lead, train and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
• Drive service standards aligned with refined à la carte and premium dining expectations
• Manage rosters, labour costs and productivity in line with budgets
• Monitor stock control, ordering and cost management
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handling feedback with professionalism and care
• Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety and health and safety standards
• Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve financial and operational targets
• Foster a positive, motivated team culture focused on excellence
What we're looking for
You are a confident hospitality leader with a strong background in managing premium or high-volume restaurants. You understand sequence of service, team development, and the importance of consistency in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
To be successful, you will have:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a premium dining environment
• Strong financial acumen including labour and cost control
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on approach with a strong presence on the floor
• Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
