Our team is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for various white- and blue-collar positions across projects and trade disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source quality candidates using diverse platforms and advertising strategies
* Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
* Support workforce planning to ensure critical roles are filled efficiently and effectively
* Collect and verify candidate qualifications, certificates, and licenses
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* Minimum two (2) years' experience in a similar position or Recruitment Administration
* Experience within the mining and resources sector preferred
* Proven ability to source and recruit top talent
