In the past three months our Allied Health Team of Speechies, Physios, OTs and Behaviour Support Practitioners has grown rapidly from 9 to 18 with another 4 due to join us by the end of October. We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.

- Full time preferred, with working hours Monday to Friday (no after hours or weekends!)

What we are looking for
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- A minimum 3 years experience working within the NDIS framework
- Hands on experience in team leadership and supervision
- Experience with outcome measures: ADL assessments, Functional Capacity Assessments, Who-DAS, Low Vision Assessment
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Full Drivers licence
- Community experience
