Key Responsibilities
* Safety Management: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to WHS policies and procedures.
* Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns promptly.
* Quality Control: Restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition, performing QA inspections and resolving quality or safety issues.
* Workshop Management: Oversee production to achieve targets, managing incoming/outgoing vehicles and minimizing waste.
* Financial Management: Ensure site profitability through effective budgeting and reporting, processing invoices and collecting payments from clients.
As a leader, you will also be responsible for building positive work relationships, updating timekeeping systems, and leading the on-site team through recruitment, performance appraisals, and employee development.
