The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in HR business partnership, with strong knowledge of human resources practices, employment law, and workforce planning. Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills are essential for building trusted relationships with leaders and connecting with all levels of the organization.

Key qualifications include:

* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Advisor or HR Manager, ideally within hotels or hospitality
* Strong knowledge of human resources practices, employment law, and workforce planning
* Certified Return To Work Coordinator, highly desirable
* Able to build trusted relationships with leaders and connect with all levels of the organization
* Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
* Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset

This is a part-time, 0.8FTE role offering flexibility to suit your work/life balance.
