About the role
As part of the Reece Fire (Refire) team in Richlands, you'll support fire contractors, builders and service trades by providing access to the fire protection products and system components they need to deliver compliant projects. You'll also play a hands on role in day to day branch operations—coordinating orders, supporting customers and helping ensure the branch runs smoothly and safely
Your day-to-day
At typical day will involve:
* Providing customer service and information about products
* Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
* Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
* Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
* Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
We'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:
* Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
* Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
* Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
* Has a clean valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts
* Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
