Join Land Services SA (LSSA) to deliver quality business solutions SaaS products with your keen attention to detail and ability to problem solve as a Business Analyst.
Based in Adelaide, the Business Analyst will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to assess and define solutions that meet the strategic needs of the organisation. Your role will primarily encompass functions relevant to the analysis of LSSA's commercial products and working with stakeholders and product teams to offer possible recommendations for implementation.
This role is offered as a 12-month fixed term contract, with a possibility of permanency.
The Business Analyst will report to the ICT Business Architect and will be comfortable in technology project settings whereby proven Business Analysis experience in an Agile environment can be demonstrated. The Business Analyst will be prepared to work outside normal business hours on an Ad-Hoc basis as well as travelling interstate and intrastate when necessary.
It is vital that the Business Analyst demonstrates the ability to multitask, prepare reports and briefs and define solutions consistent with the LSSA Business Analysis Framework, while working confidently within a multi-disciplinary ICT team and across cross-functional product teams. A large degree of autonomy is essential as well as the skillset to exhibit creativity in conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level.
Not only is problem solving inherent to this role, but also the capacity to consider product goals and outcomes when undertaking work. The Business Analyst will possess an array of attributes such as adaptability, collaboration, self-management and excellent communication skills as well as being able to work with limited direction. Other skills will be highly regarded, such as advanced skills in Microsoft applications and experience with Agile product development practices.
