Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Townsville, QLD. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, performing receptionist duties, and utilizing medical terminology.
Additionally, they will ensure the smooth operation of the medical office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and handling Phone Etiquette
- Experience in performing Receptionist Duties
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with a Medical Office environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
