Job Description:
As a Casual Educator, you will have the opportunity to nurture children's growth in a welcoming, child-led learning environment. You will be responsible for providing nurturing, engaging care for children, creating a safe, inclusive and fun environment, planning and delivering recreational and educational activities, building meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues, working collaboratively with a dedicated team, and joining in on exciting excursions during vacation care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will need to have a Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines) or be working towards it. A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is also essential. Additionally, you should have a passion for the education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environment, knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations, and effective oral and written communication within the workplace.
