Job Summary
The Technical Team Lead is a pivotal role ensuring seamless execution of incident management services. This leader will directly influence client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.
* Manage project support triage, defect resolution, and escalations with precision and professionalism.
* Oversee third-party testing schedules and budgets to ensure rigorous quality assurance.
* Act as the escalation point for project-related incidents and also be hands-on in resolving technical issues.
* Supervise a small team of technical specialists – manage resource planning, recruitment, training, and performance development.
Requirements
* Proven experience leading project teams in IT consulting, software delivery, or financial services.
* A definite willingness to get hands dirty – along with leading a small team.
* Flexibility in working across multiple time zones and with teams based in multiple remote locations.
* Strong understanding of client relationship management in project-driven environments.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
* Familiarity with Universe/PICK environments, Epicor, Jira, IBM, and Microsoft technologies (SQL, Universe) will be a big plus.
