The Integration Specialist develops strategies alongside the Technical Lead and partners with delivery teams to design, develop and maintain efficient integrations connecting data, applications and third parties that support business processes and customer needs.
This role requires gathering and analysing business and customer requirements, designing and implementing integration flows, partnering with development teams, determining integration tests and conducting automation, monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues.
The ideal candidate has 5 years' experience in software development with .Net framework, 5 years' experience in Azure cloud integration and data engineering, strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, T-SQL and expert knowledge of Azure integration services and architecture patterns.
Additionally, hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services including Logic Apps, Functions, Bus, Event Grid/Event Hubs and Data Factory is required. Leadership experience in guiding development teams and establishing integration standards is also necessary.
Adaptability to staying current with Azure ecosystem updates and best practices is essential.
Furthermore, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on scalable cloud solutions, ability to work collaboratively in agile teams and independently on complex integration challenges, demonstrated ability to communicate technical architectures and data flows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and strong documentation skills for API specifications, data integration patterns and architectural decisions are key traits for this position.
