Key Responsibilities
* Manage and create content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and possibly TikTok).
* Plan and schedule content that helps MV Solar connect with real people, not just industry audiences.
* Assist with email campaigns and newsletters to keep customers informed and engaged.
* Capture photos or videos and turn them into engaging content.
* Sit in on creative projects such as radio ads and local marketing initiatives.
* Contribute ideas to campaign planning and see them through to execution.
Selection Criteria
* Previous marketing experience
* Able to share ideas confidently and work as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and presentation.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
* Organised and able to manage tasks from planning to completion.
Desirable
* Basic video editing skills.
