ECH is seeking a dynamic and fun-loving person to join our People and Culture team on a 12-month contract.
This role operates in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. From providing advice and guidance to ECH employees and managers to drawing up contracts and letters. The role plays a key part in ensuring that ECH meets compliance requirements and provides daily support to the broader Human Resource Team.
**About You**
You have previous HR experience and are looking to take the next step in your career, a willingness to learn, excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills and are a great team player.
You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.
You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
