This Federal Government agency is looking for a Communications specialist that will play a key role in ensuring the program runs smoothly. You'll be part of a dynamic, fast-moving team, responsible for managing all communication, media, and stakeholder engagement needs. This includes offering strategic advice and working closely with a wide range of stakeholders on both departmental and project-related content.
Your new role
* Develop and deliver communication plans to support change management, training, business readiness, and project go-live activities
* Prepare and communicate key messages across projects, including branding and engagement activities
* Manage business communications through multiple channels such as intranet, newsletters, videos, webinars, and briefing sessions
* Collaborate with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to create content for diverse audiences
* Design and edit communication materials, including newsletters, factsheets, videos, presentations, and readiness packs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
* Candidates with an active Baseline Security Clearance will be highly regarded
* Immediate start available - We are seeking someone who can commence as soon as possible
* Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in developing and delivering communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and marketing activities, is essential.
