Our Client
Join a well-established, family-operated residential builderwith over 40 years of local experience. With a strong reputation for high-quality custom homes and a genuinely supportive culture, they are looking to add a Building Administrator to their growing team.
This is a full-time role, based at their Geelong office.
The Role
* Assist in reception duties
* Attend to maintenance queries including approving invoices and maintaining accurate records
* Administer weekly meetings including agenda and minute preparation
* Assist with OHS requirements
* Prepare and monitor variations to contracts and assist with permit processes
About you
* At least 3-5 years' administrative experience in the construction space
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient with MS Office packages (essential) and ClickHomes (desirable)
* Cert IV Occupational Health & Safety (desirable)
