The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment strategy and help us build the teams that bring our brands to life.
This standalone role is perfect for an experienced recruiter who thrives on autonomy, collaboration, and impact - someone who’s ready to Raise the Bar in recruitment excellence, Go Together with our teams, and create a candidate experience that’s as unforgettable as our guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for head office roles and support venue managers with campaign and hard-to-fill recruitment
- Partner with HR, Marketing and Operations to deliver an outstanding, values-driven candidate experience
- Develop and embed our employer branding strategy to position SHG as an employer of choice
- Build strong relationships with agencies and suppliers, ensuring we always Play to Win through strategic partnerships
- Upskill venue managers and hiring teams on best-practice, values-aligned recruitment
- Review and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and reporting to Raise the Bar in efficiency and quality
- Partner with HR on workforce planning and Go Far through proactive talent pipelines
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns across diverse roles
- A natural relationship-builder who is Guest Obsessed about candidate and stakeholder experiences
- Confidence working autonomously in a fast-paced environment while collaborating together across teams
- Strong communication, influence, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing (bonus points for this!)
