About the Role
Leisure Services Officers are responsible for working across multiple areas, including aquatics, customer service, programs and events, and fitness and coaching.
The following is a list of key responsibilities for this role:
* Aquatics: Ensure a safe pool environment, swim teaching, lifeguarding.
* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service through reception duties, managing memberships, event ticketing, and promoting services and programs.
* Programs & Events: Assist with event setup, host parties, ensure smooth operation of activities.
* Fitness & Coaching: Coach, referee, provide gym instruction, engage with members on the gym floor.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Relevant certifications or qualifications (e.g. Working with Children's Check, First Aid, Pool Lifeguard, Swim Teacher, Certificate III/IV in Fitness).

* Candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check and a pre-employment medical assessment as part of the recruitment process.
