Job Overview

We empower businesses to thrive by streamlining routine tasks, uncovering actionable insights, and connecting them with relevant data, advisors, and tools.

The Talent Experience Effectiveness Lead plays a pivotal role in enabling the global Talent Experience team to deliver on an intentional hiring strategy.

This involves leading the design and rollout of continuous improvements across the entire hiring cycle, making it easier and faster for the TX team to hire top talent at scale. A diagnostic, data-driven approach will be used to identify opportunities to refine processes, track progress, and implement changes that drive real impact.

This role requires analytical rigor to draw insights, spot trends, and plan proactively. Expertise in data analysis, success metrics, and data visualization is also required, as well as strong knowledge of recruitment, sourcing, assessment, and selection practices. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple priorities and diverse stakeholder needs.

* Develop tracking systems to evaluate key metrics such as time to fill, diversity of hire, quality of hire, talent pool health, funnel conversion, and CSAT by function, level, and region.
* Identify process efficiencies across the hiring cycle based on data and insights.
* Advise TX leadership on action plans to address performance, capacity, and workforce planning, including proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
* Design regular TX routines, embedding Time Well Spent principles across the function.
* Taking a consultative approach to the TX communication strategy, leading with high-quality data and insights aligned to team effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.

A clear, data-led approach to tracking and reporting progress, highlighting risks, and delivering prioritised TX initiatives is expected. Regular productivity reporting, well-prepared materials for quarterly reviews covering talent market trends, demand plans, and portfolio performance, monitored TX budgets, contracts, and vendor review cycles with risks and opportunities flagged early, and regular audits of global hiring standards and practices are also key responsibilities.
