A clear, data-led approach to tracking and reporting progress, highlighting risks, and delivering prioritised TX initiatives is expected. Regular productivity reporting, well-prepared materials for quarterly reviews covering talent market trends, demand plans, and portfolio performance, monitored TX budgets, contracts, and vendor review cycles with risks and opportunities flagged early, and regular audits of global hiring standards and practices are also key responsibilities.
