About the Role
* Provide clinical advice and determine client eligibility for Aged Care Needs Assessments.
* Undertake reviews of clients' needs and make informed decisions.
Key Requirements
* Tertiary education in a health-related discipline (e.g., registered nurses, medical officers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and social workers).
* Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional association.
* Minimum of one year's experience in Aged Care Needs Assessments.
* Experience in determining clients' needs and/or service delivery in a community or health-related position.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications and client management systems.
* Current Australian driver's license, comprehensively insured vehicle, and ability to travel as required.
