Senior Case Manager
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self‐insured framework.
* Coordinate medical care and facilitate return‐to‐work programs.
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with medical providers, employees and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nursing or a related field is desirable.
Experience
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self‐insured environment.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Analytical skills: Ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions.
* Attention to detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy.
