The Role: Monday – Friday, this is an opportunity for join a streamline team with a large Property Management division and rent roll. Reporting into a fantastic Senior Property Manager with a plethora of experience, on a day to day basis you will be required to: Supporting a Senior Property Manager Liaising with Tenants Conduct open for inspections & private inspections Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections Arrears control As hoc administration The Candidate: A current Certificate of Registration Previous Real Estate experience A Valid Drivers License and Car Have a positive approach with a strong customer focus Outstanding written & oral communication skills Strong knowledge of the Residential Act About the Culture & Benefits: Utilizing the latest technology Work very closely with a very experienced Senior Property Manager with full training provided Fantastic Office located in a HOT spot – close to restaurants, cafes and shops!
