We are looking for an experienced pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmacy services at our Stawell campus, while being part of a wider team of approximately 50 pharmacists.
The successful candidate will work alongside pharmacy technicians to oversee and provide pharmacy services at the Stawell campus, with rotational duties at the Horsham campus. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary and Pharmacy Services leadership teams, you will contribute to programs such as Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and stewardship roles.
* Provision of clinical pharmacy services to the Simpson acute inpatient ward and medication safety improvements.
* Participation in oncology pharmacy services in collaboration with other cancer care centres.
* Management of PBS claiming, focusing on the efficient funding of chemotherapy programs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA; postgraduate qualifications or progress towards one are desirable.
* Full Australian Driver's Licence.
* Experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services.
* Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting; operational management skills are advantageous.
