We are seeking an experienced Strategic Programme Lead to lead a flagship Claims transformation for a large insurance client. The programme will digitise claims processes, replace legacy platforms, and redesign operating models nationally.
This role requires strong leadership skills to manage scope, delivery approach, and execution of streams, integrating technology and business readiness activities.
The successful candidate will engage senior executives and stakeholders, drive governance, risk management, and QA, ensuring the programme's success.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 7+ years of experience in project delivery with budgets over $10m

* Transformation, app development, or cultural change experience
