**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated Counsellor to join our team. As a Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients accessing our Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement and evaluate comprehensive treatment plans for patients with alcohol and other drug issues
* Provide individualised client care and support to patients and their families
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in AOD care
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Counselling or related field
* Registered Counsellor or eligible for registration
* Experience working with clients with complex needs and multiple comorbidities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Benefits:

* $95,131 - $108,943 per annum, pro rata - dependent on qualifications
