Enrolled Nurse – Deliver Compassionate Care Close to Home. At Queanbeyan, our Enrolled Nurses provide essential nursing care under the guidance of Registered Nurses and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
What You'll Be Doing
* The Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to provide person-centered care, in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve people-focused quality care.
Responsibilities
* Provide nursing care under supervision of a Registered Nurse
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient outcomes
* Contribute to compassionate, patient-centered care
Selection Criteria / Qualifications
* Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
* Ability to conduct nursing practice that respects the rights of individuals in a multidisciplinary context
* Effective clinical communication through IT and written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage conflicts professionally
* Participation in ongoing professional development and commitment to maintaining competence
* Knowledge of person-centered nursing and willingness to adapt to changes in care delivery
* Understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice with recent clinical experience relevant to the position
