We take pride in delivering practical, impactful and meaningful HR solutions for our stakeholders and celebrate our wins together. About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our field operations and warehouse workforce of 2,000+ casual employees.
You’ll work closely with leaders to provide expert HR advice, drive talent strategies, and deliver people initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The role is fast-paced, dynamic, diverse and future-focused. You will bring a strong understanding of the complexities of managing a large, dispersed casual workforce and play a key role in shaping a high-performance, engaged culture. You will be required to: Partner and embed yourself within your stakeholder groups to develop and implement strategic people initiatives Be a trusted advisor for managers and leaders by developing a deep understanding of ways of working, challenges and opportunities Manage complex ER / IR matters including grievances, investigations, performance management and terminations ensuring compliance, risk mitigation with empathy and fairness. Drive talent initiatives – from succession planning to career pathways & leadership coaching. Provide thought leadership by taking initiative on complex problem solving and providing ideas, recommendations, frameworks and structured planning Promote a high-performance culture through smart HR policies & practices. Use data & insights to inform strategic HR decisions. What We’re Looking For5+ years’ proven HR experience with a qualification with an FMCG and/or retail background is highly desirable Sound understanding and current knowledge of employment law and Awards Experience in an organisation with a large casual workforce is essentialA skilled influencer with excellent communication & stakeholder management skills. Data-driven, solutions-focused, and proactive in approach. Strong emotional intelligence, resilient and curious Highly organised, results-driven, and passionate about people.
