Estimator / Contract Administrator – Partition & Tiling (Training Provided)
We are a Sydney-based construction company specialising in partitions and tiling. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator/Contract Administrator to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the construction industry. While previous estimating experience is welcome, it is not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate.
About the Role:
* Preparing estimates and quotations for partition and tiling projects
* Assisting with contract administration and project documentation
* Communicating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Supporting the project team to ensure jobs run smoothly
* Learning industry-specific software and processes (training provided)
What We're Looking For:
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Willingness to learn and grow within the company
* Ability to communicate in english (Chinese speaking preferred)
* A construction license would be highly regarded but not essential
* Positive attitude and team player
