We are looking for someone who is experienced, highly motivated and driven to succeed as a Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy electronic communications/automotive workshop in Port Kennedy
What you'll be doing:
* Manage and lead a team of skilled technicians, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
* Oversee the workshop operations, including quotations, job scheduling, parts ordering, and quality control.
* Identify and implement process improvement strategies to enhance workshop productivity and efficiency to drive business growth and profitability.
* Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide timely, effective and transparent communication.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
* Prepare and analyse workshop reports, budgets and KPIs to inform decision making.
* Foster a positive, collaborative and customer‐centric work environment.
* Marketing with Ecommerce Sales.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in Management.
* Some Technical Knowledge and Understanding.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
* Proficient in workshop management software, inventory control and financial reporting. MYOB, Excel, Word etc.
* Demonstrated problem‐solving and decision‐making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team of technicians or trade people.
* Able to delegate tasks and responsibilities to technicians based on their skills and expertise.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of workshop processes and procedures.
