Instrument Planning Opportunity
This role involves proactive management of instrument purchases and deployment in Australia and New Zealand.
* Maintaining relationships with demand planners, product managers, and overseas suppliers.
* Overseeing the end-to-end process of asset deployment in ANZ, ensuring efficient running of inventory management for instruments.
* Analyzing productivity of existing deployed assets to determine action plans to mitigate risk and improve service levels.
Key responsibilities include:
* Running inventory reports for weekly PO replenishment cycle for both instrument deployment and spare parts.
* Maintaining efficient running of inventory management for instruments, including management of open PO's and data hygiene for inventory inputs.
* Reviewing backorders and following up on stock shortages with suppliers.
* Communicating supply gaps to stakeholders and liaising with global teams for redeployment opportunities.
* Optimizing inventory of deployed and undeployed instruments.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Approximately three years of experience in an operational, planning or finance role, ideally within the medical sector.
* Demonstrated ability to work through complex problems and tenaciously seek a resolution.
* Demonstrated analytical ability, with strong attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to work with ERP systems and complex spreadsheets.
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
