Clancy Motors Bathurst are seeking a Professional Candidate to fill our Ford Sales Manager Position.
This role will include:
* Physical presentation of vehicles and Showrooms.
* Handling client queries.
* Attend to Franchise Reporting and ensuring vehicle/sales compliance received high levels of attention.
* Initiate new business to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
* Focus on staff training as required.
* Generate leads for both the F&I, and aftersales teams.

Experience is not required
You will ideally possess:
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Able and willing to achieve set Targets and Kpi's.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
